You offer a good variety of classes and the teachers are very good. I primarily go to chair yoga but am going to try some new classes such as strength. Activity wIse, Kathy does an excellent job of chair yoga, monthly activities and bus trips. She does not disappoint. Love Jan’s yoga class too. Everyone is so welcoming.

The “Y” offers something for every age, ability and interest. If you can’t find it here, you won’t find it any other Health Club.
Available friendly the only thing I will say is that the world pool jet control doesn’t work and it needs to be replaced
Love the classes for seniors. Also use the track to walk a mile a day and some of the machines.

I have limited ability for exercise and am limited to swimming pool. I do enjoy the variety of pool exercise options
The water programs are great having bad knees it makes exercising a lot easier
I love the Silver Sneakers classes. I enjoy the trips planned by the Y.

I love the morning water exercises. The instructors are great. It is a excellent way to start your day.

I use the Y for cardio work-outs. I like the treadmills and ellipticals.
