I would definitely recommend you to friends and family. I am from out of town and had a major issue with my Jeep. At home my dealership couldn't get me in until 6 weeks later when I called them. Your team was excellent at fitting me in when you had a cancellation. The whole team was really nice and kept me informed at what was going on. Your dealership cares about helping people and it definitely shows. They knew I was in a jam and did everything they could to help me out. I will never forget that! I'm sad that I don't live closer to you so that you could be my dealership.

The ease of service
From the moment I walked in the service department I was taken very seriously about why I was there these people are on there game especially Gary Marshall. Thanks to all involved in servicing my 2021 Rogue.
Staff was very friendly, the time of the service and length of the service was an hour, which is what they told me.

Only concerns or suggestions I have this go around. Had great experience at the Ram dealership in Somerset since 2014 brought many of trucks there. But this time just want to add somethings:
1) for some reason didn’t get a sticker with a date/mileage for next service (maybe quit doing this).
2) didn’t reset the oil levels on the truck to start fresh on the oil counter in the gauges of the truck
3) $11.45 a quart for oil. Brought my 1500 Rams up there since 2013 and oil change was only $60 they take same amount of oil as this 2500 Ram I have now. This time just for regular service it was $114. I took the wife’s car to the Nissan in Somerset quart of oil was $4.25. I know the car takes 0w20 and truck took 0w40 but wouldn’t think it’d be double the price.
I’ll be calling around next service time checking on prices and ultimately may just start changing it myself. Love bringing mine to dealerships to do the inspection makes me feel better but seems like the Ram is going to be to pricey.
I do understand things have went up and understand that.
Other than those things you all have been great and I appreciate you all servicing my vehicles for 10 years.
I have been thrilled with your Nisson team in Somerset, Kentucky! The first time I had to have my truck repaired; the Nisson service center near me in London, Kentucky was terrible. To me it is well worth the extra drive to be treated with respect by your Somerset team and to have them take such good care of my truck. It was especially nice that they noticed my windshield wipers were shot and mentioned it. I never would have thought about them until it rained again! lol Thank You!
