Lamar has helped us out a few times with issues with our vehicle. He seems to listen to us about our concerns and does not dismiss what we think may be an issue with our vehicle. We do our research before taking it in for service. I wish all service people were like him. If it was not for him we would have had to spend money on a part that was NOT needed. We also appreciate how nice everyone is so nice at this dealership. We will continue to go to this dealership. Keep up the Great job and Great Customer Service.
I was able to get an appointment for an oil change on super short notice (which is rare, I know). My tires and fluids were all filled up, brakes inspected, battery tested, the whole 9 yards. Price was the same if not a little less than the "instant" oil change places around (and they don't check the brakes or battery). Everyone is always so nice.
I appreciate Lamar in the service department who continues to be prompt in his service and follow up to resolve issues with my Jeep Wrangler. He works to schedule appointments and order parts as quickly and efficiently as possible and is attentive to the frustration and difficultly that vehicle maintenance can create. He is an asset to your dealership and he provides excellent customer service. He is thorough in his explanation of repairs and services provided during each service visit prior to me settling up with the sweet ladies at the front desk. Plus… your bathrooms are always clean.
