Iv been doing business with don franklin for years an each time has been a pleasant experience.
The way they take care of my car. I have MS and have to travel back and forth to a specialist dr. all the time and I need my car to be top notch to keep me safe on the road and I can trust them to do that. I also like the way they explain things to me about what they are doing and that makes me feel safe when I'm traveling.

The service department is more important than the Sales jobs in my opinion and I am very thankful that whenever I go to get my oil change or I need someone there at the service department Lemar is always there for me and he make sure that I get taken care of, and he knows that I am crippled For now and he always make sure that he brings the truck or I can get right to it so that I don’t have to walk very far . He always goes above and beyond the call of duty he could be just bland and not very nice. The rest of the guys there are also very nice and they know me by name not because I cause any trouble but because they are very good people.
