I recently had an oil change, 4 wheel alignment and 4 new tires mounted, balanced and installed. A minor scheduling glitch was professionally and quickly resolved by Service Advisor Tim Brown. I have visited the Campbellsville area many times over the years and any time my vehicle needed service Don Franklyn Chevrolet always found time and squeezed me in. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced there.

Your service department is the TOTAL reason I purchase my vehicles there at Don Franklin!! The sale is only the small part of the transaction. The next 1-10 years you deal with service!! Gary Lambert and his staff are amazing. They have always taken care of my jeeps and worked me in IF it was an emergency and I had to drive out of town. When you are single and have no family members to help you in the entire state, being able to count on Gary and his staff is extraordinary!!!! I can’t say enough good about this amazing staff!!! I just want to say “THANK YOU” for always being there!!
