I was able to get an appointment quickly, on a day that was convenient for my work schedule. When I arrived that day, I was greeted and treated very nicely - they took care of my car and kept it safe for me until I was able to return later in the day. AND they washed it for me!! It is a beautiful car, which your sales people were nice enough to find for me - and when I got it back on Tuesday afternoon, it looked new again. :)

Dropped my vehicle off overnight to replace shift cable bushings under a recall without an appointment and they didn't waste any time repairing my vehicle. Called first thing in the morning to let me know my vehicle was ready. Gary and Blake deserve a raise!

Service department was clean, employee was very friendly and professional, waiting area was nice, vehicle in and out in less than an hour and clean as when I dropped it off outside.
Much better experience than when I tried to purchase a vehicle last year and ended up buying new in Glasgow. The initial free service can be done at any Don Franklin, so I only chose Cville because it was closest. I would definitely go back for service again, not to consider a purchase.
Prompt, professional service
Always have excellent service at Don Franklin Campbellsville. The closest opening they had to service my vehicle when I called last week was 12-6, but when I told them that wouldn't work for me due to knee surgery scheduled that day they had me drop my vehicle off and got it worked in for the service. They went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned and one less thing I have to worry about after surgery.
I am always greeted by Gary and he is always so nice. When he is busy, Blake is there to take his place. Both guys are amazing!!
