I did not have the same experience with Bachman Chevrolet in Louisville, they wanted to flex and tell me how many years of experience they had and wanted to find every reason in the world to low ball my trade. I was in and out of Don Franklin Chevrolet driving my new car on about an hour!!!! I have 167,000 miles on my 2017 Dodge Ram P/U truck. I've never had any mechanical issues other than external causes (squirrels...) I think the service department staff is exceptional - their knowledge, courtesy, professionalism, willingness to answer any questions I may have.... I feel Very Confident that I can add many more miles on my Ram 1500 truck because of the quality of service. Also, when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle I hope I can afford another Ram 1500 P/U truck, and that's based on the reliability of my truck and the service I can always count on to keep my truck on the road....
