The car service, I had this past Tuesday, at Don Franklin Auto, was fine. The waiting time, was short. I had my car's oil and filters changed, but also was wanting my car's antifreeze/coolent drained and replaced as per my Toyota's '97 RAV-4 manual requires every two years. For some reason this was not performed on my RAV-4.

We bought our brand new car from Don Franklin Campbellsville and our salesperson Austin was very friendly, walked us through the whole process and everything that was going on. They even had to have our vehicle brought from Somerset and he stayed after hours so we could finish paperwork and everything that same day. I would recommend Austin Gurley to anyone and Don Franklin Campbellsville.

Every 1 at Don Franklin Chevrolet was very professional and helpful. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle in years. Roger Robertson the sales rep took his time and walked me through the purchasing process. He answered all of my questions. walking through the door was a vary friendly welcoming environment. I would highly recommend Don Franklin Chevrolet
