My truck was in need of several repairs and Bennie made sure I was ok with the repairs and did a thorough explanation as to what it would cost prior to the truck being serviced. He also discovered that one of the repairs I needed was subject to a recall/warranty and had it resolved without charge. That was a huge relief as the other necessary repairs were expensive.
