Only second time using Don Franklin. New vehicle only 7,500 miles. First time was an oil change and tire rotation. Second time was for a recall. Very friendly staff.

People were great, they didn't have the car I was looking for at the Burkesville location but they get it brought in from another location while I went to lunch. I think I got a very fair deal.
