Easy purchasing without the all day anxiety of dealing and haggling with high pressured sales consultants. An attentive manager that listened to my request of what type vehicle we desired. An awesome salesman coming in on his day off for us, and giving us all options and answers toward financing, etc, and a Ky car dealership experience done right the first time.
