Overall, while checking out the vehicles on your lot, they all seemed to be high quality, clean and priced reasonably. Specifically, we had found a car at another Don Franklin dealership and asked if it could be transferred to the dealership closer to us. Brenda Keith assured us this could happen, and she had the vehicle there the same afternoon. We came in the following morning test drove the vehicle and signed the paperwork. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Brenda had everything ready to go. She explained their warranties that were available, how they worked and what they covered in detail. This was undoubtedly the best car buying experience we've ever had!
