Don't really have a choice about the oil changes due to the warranty. When a mistake was made with my oil change they gave it to me free. I felt like I should have maybe got a few free oil changes but they hopefully they didn't tear my motor up.

Everything I have taken to you you have fixed the first time. However. Hvac is your Achilles heal. Each year I bring the same problem you use the same solutions. Took to another mechanic they replaced the failed actuator doors and now it works. But I’ll still let you all have first crack on all other items. Never been disappointed. Jenn and Jamie are awesome at keeping me appraised of all that’s going on.
I also bought this Tahoe from you all and will work with you all again when it’s time.

Service was excellent. The girl who waited on me was really nice and very knowledgeable about my problem. She got me in fast because my problem could have been dangerous. I met the mechanic who knew exactly what need to be done and squeezed me in without appointment. Fixed when he said it would be. Excellent service.
