The whole establishment is clean. The service is prompt. The theatre (which is the primary reason I go) is comfortable and spacious. I order my tickets online and have not had an issue. I've enjoyed the food as well. I've always had a good experience at Santikos Cibolo.

Easy to use App. Great Tuesday movie specials. Theater was clean and movie and sound were great. Didn't get a chance to all the other fun events this time, but I will be back!

I enjoy everything about Santikos movie theaters but the seats in the Cibolo location are getting a little worn and needs better cleaning. The staff and management are always so so helpful.

The santikos is my theater if choice for all of San Antonio! Love how it's always clean and the food is the best along with a great atmosphere and a good bar, plus games! It's an awesome combination and I especially love the outreach y'all do.

Clean and safe environment, fresh popcorn, and I am able to get popcorn without the added salt. I have to wait for it, it’s worth the wait. Employees are very friendly and professional. Santiko is close to home.

We love this theater. It is very modern (recliners, sound and projection systems etc. are all top notch) and all are kept in good shape. The staff is helpful and friendly. The deals on Military Monday and Family Tuesday are GREAT! WE fully recommend it!

I really love this theater, they are wheelchair and special needs friendly, the staff is kind and polite, and the seats are comfortable. My only concern is how the trays in the theater are never wiped or cleaned. The cleaning staff just spot cleans. It’s a new theater too and the carpet by the theaters is all stained. I bring my own Clorox wipes to clean my tray and seat.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I enjoy viewing movies at Santikos. The seats are very comfortable and self serve popcorn and drink refills are the bomb. Usually the food is delicious. However, this time we had a problem. My daughter and granddaughter ordered epic nachos and as my granddaughter was finishing them up found a large string in her nachos. It was cooked into them, looked as though it came from a sweater. Since we were at the late showing of the new Hunger Games we did not return to the concession. I will think twice before ordering food again.
