I always enjoy the experience there. The theatres, concessions, and restrooms have always been clean and well serviced when I've been there. This is the theatre of choice for our family.

The ease of purchasing tickets from my phone, the ability to grab my popcorn. Self serve butter and drinks! Its great. The employees are super friendly and helpful, and the reclining seat make the movie experience even better.

I have enjoyed going to Santikos Cibolo for a couple of years. It used to be the best-kept secret, but now it's very busy, especially on Tuesday's $5.99 movie and drinks/popcorn day. More or less, the bathrooms are clean, and snack areas. However, the carpet and the recliners in the theater are starting to show wear and "tare." I think it's time for Santikos to do some deep cleaning on the carpet or replace it in the busiest areas and the recliners.
