It’s really nice to know Santikos Cibolo cares about their customers. Especially in a time where people seem to care less. I completed a survey regarding a recent visit and Santikos quickly followed up. We visited the theater prior to seeing their response and did notice a change in the overall appearance in the facilities. No smells and things. It was an overall positive experience and we appreciate Santikos taking the time to make things better. I can say we will choose them any day of the week over Evo… gross. The workers were friendly, the games in the arcade were all available to play and the theater was clean as well. We had no issues while we were there. We prefer to go to Santikos over Evo any day!

The overall environment is incredible. From time you enter the theater to the movie is over, is a pleasant atmosphere.

Great theatre, friendly staff and comfortable seats

Everything was amazing. This was my first time back to a theater in over 10 years. from being able to select my seat, the environment, the prices of your snacks and the ease of us going in. Actual theater was clean and very comfortable. Definitely going back to this specific one in Cibilo.

Would like more movie options to choose from. More adorable prices on concession items. Other than that, it’s a very clean facility and highly enjoyable with additional arcade and bowling options.

Everything except for the latrine, here I would prefer cool water that runs as long as I wish, and paper towels as a choice for the drying of hands and face.

The theater is well maintained and managed. Seating and sound systems are first class. The bathrooms are cleaned. And the popcorn is fresh

I love the Tuesday deal, the only thing is I wish they had more food options like before. I love how clean the movie theater is and the comfort of the seats and the convenience of how to order and get your food.
