Food. Movie section. Close to home. Customer service. The theater seats need to be replaced. Other than that, really enjoy going to Cibolo Santikos.

its been decent i do not like the no cash policy its rather irritating wanting to keep track of me that way, you already have the rewards card watching me

i do like the seats and the popcorn dispenser the popcorn always seems to be fresh and consistent...unlike other theaters that have similar set up and sucks or the one at live oak that has stale old tasting popcorn

Mr. Parker Garrott was willing to make things right and have us come back as a guest. For this, we are very grateful and excited to give santikos another try!

There were no kids and there was no talking during the movie.

I visited Santiko’s theater today and had hair in my popcorn. I reported the issue to the manager onsite and was given a refund. My concern is that the staff is required to wear a hair net or hat. What I observed was that staff wearing a hat has hair exposed/uncovered.

The manager told me that the popcorn is self serve. I asked, are you saying the customers could have placed hair on the popcorn dispense. May I ask if this is the case should there be a sign or some kind of communication to the customers letting them know that you may get hair in the popcorn from self serve dispense.

The hair was located half way in the large bucket of popcorn. I would not want anyone to have to experience this while enjoy a movie and popcorn.

Everytime I visit Santikos with my grandson, I feel the passion from each employee there.

Went to a “Military Monday” evening showing of End Of Oak Street and we were able to get last minute tickets for our visiting Navy son with 3 seats together and one (the dad) separated. (He was probably happier he didn’t hear us whispering to each other, haha.). I appreciate the $6 fee Mondays & Tuesdays and have attended many movies this way. I’ve also gone to two Mystery Movies and enjoyed both of them. I’ll definitely go to more and have already told multiple about it.

It's always perfectly efficient each and every time we visit. Consistency is important to me and because Cibolo is Consistently excellent, we drive 30 minutes and we pass several other theaters along the way.

That we had the whole theater to ourselves!
