I enjoy viewing movies at Santikos. The seats are very comfortable and self serve popcorn and drink refills are the bomb. Usually the food is delicious. However, this time we had a problem. My daughter and granddaughter ordered epic nachos and as my granddaughter was finishing them up found a large string in her nachos. It was cooked into them, looked as though it came from a sweater. Since we were at the late showing of the new Hunger Games we did not return to the concession. I will think twice before ordering food again.

I ‘ll just summarize by saying I love the customer service, the facility, and friendliness and most importantly, the respectful young staff. I refuse and will not support your counterpart down the road for the opposite of what I just mentioned. This is based on personal experiences. Due to professional reasons I will not mention the name of that establishment.

Clean facilities, satisfying cuisine,and fair and transparent business approach (e.g., you went all card for transactions but it's well advertised and you set-up a card purchase capability for anyone not having a card). Big ten from my perspective.

Comfortable recliners, staff very friendly and facility was clean.
Santikos is great. The only improvements are in the building designs. There needs to two sets of restrooms for each end of the hallway. Also, Cibolo should have been better themed with a stagecoach section (Selma), native American (Cibolo) with Buffaloes and a retro air force plane (Rabdolph) section. The first Oscar movie was filmed here.

Great big reclining chairs, full bar, my wife LOVES the epic nachos. My wife will wait to eat just to enjoy Epic Nachos. The AVX is a big screen with lush full sound to really experience blockbuster movies. I always get points with my loyalty rewards. It's easy to book movies and select seats. We are a big Santikos family!

I really love this theater, they are wheelchair and special needs friendly, the staff is kind and polite, and the seats are comfortable. My only concern is how the trays in the theater are never wiped or cleaned. The cleaning staff just spot cleans. It’s a new theater too and the carpet by the theaters is all stained. I bring my own Clorox wipes to clean my tray and seat.
