From the entry way to sitting down, I enjoyed it all. The staff greet you at the door holding them both wide open for you and your party. Entry way is pretty clear so as to not hold you up from either buying a ticket or making your way to the concessions. Pizza is so delicious and the staff behind the desk are super polite. The idea behind placing your pizza in the huge pizza locker was a bit odd, but it was nice and warm when I got it. Snack bar attendants stopped any conversations and helped whomever was in front of them. The person checking tickets was helpful in giving directions and the drink kiosk is so great and clean for a change! The theater didn’t have leftover popcorn or spills from the previous showing and the bathrooms are clean. The AC could be turned a bit lower but the large facility is hard to keep cold im sure. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else anytime soon.

This was our first time going to Santikos and it was a great experience. I definitely will be going back. The theaters were very clean and when we left, an attendant was outside cleaning the theater for the next showing.
We LOVE this new Santikos theatre. It has EVERYTHING we like in entertainment!!!!!
Clean and open atmosphere!
From the moment you are about to walk in, there are 2 door greeters to open two doors for you, immediately making you feel welcomed. The layout of Santikos is easy to understand. Customer service was very kind to fix our mistake of choosing the wrong Santikos location to watch our movie. The movie theatres are clean and I love that the restrooms are close by. The refillable drinks are a sweet touch to the whole experience. I will definitely come back and I am quick to tell others about Santikos, Cibolo.

New theater with new seat designs and a concession stand that you don't have to stand in line for 30 minutes waiting. Everything was very efficient and quick
We went on a Friday morning and caught an early screening of the Lion King, it was a family day. We really enjoyed the theatre and all of the other attractions. We will definitely make another trip out to Cibolo movie theatre, they great offers on Tuesday, this will be a great mid week treat before our son goes back to school. Great experience and the staff was all very friendly.
