How friendly employees are, how clean it is, the food has good quality and it’s delicious. It has a great family atmosphere. I like how it helps the city of Cibolo and give jobs to the youth without experience so that they have the opportunity to work. It’s my favorite place to go with my family.

My wife and I decided to finally compare this new establishment against the competition, literally right next door. We walked into Santikos, the manager greeted us with a smile, and took a minute to inform us of all amenities including an outdoor patio with live music. The staff were well dressed, and extremely polite and helpful. The food and drinks were fantastic! The layout of the Cibolo Santikos was done exceptionally well. With all the activities that you can do in one building, each activity was strategically place so as to not cause any negative affect on another one. One would expect mass chaos with loud bowling, kids, games, theaters, but there wasn't any. The experience was 100X better than we anticipated!
The competition on the other hand was complete chaos. We walked in the door with no one greeting us but loud kids, games, and bowling. All activities are facing each other except the theaters, which makes sitting at the bar extremely annoying. The bar was filthy, the staff wore plain street clothes, it took forever to get someone to clean off the bar, and then get our first drink. The outdoor patio is the front entrance, which makes it very uncomfortable to sit at. When we finished our drink, the bartender told us the computers were down and since that was the case, we could just leave without paying. What?? We insisted that we pay for our drinks, he had no clue what a beer and a vodka/soda cost, so he threw a number at us of $14.**. We put a $20 on the bar and couldn't get out of there fast enough.
We then traveled back to Santikos to hang for a bit more, and I told the fantastic manager our experience, to which he brought over a guy that was involved in the layout/construction of the building and another one that was in charge of food and beverage, so they could take in our experience first hand. It was a fantastic 20 minute conversation, and i told them not to change a thing!
Keep up the good work Santikos Cibolo, and your neighbor will eventually fade into the night!

I like the seats, the theater, I like the $4 bucket of popcorn, and I like the food. I do not like that the theater does not go completely dark during the movie, that I cannot bring a drink in with me, and that I can't purchase tickets on line with my rewards account. I have purchase them as a a guest and then remember to go to the service desk to get my name added to a binder and they don't get applied anyway. I also don't like the fact that I have to pay an extra dollar per ticket on line.

I always dig santikos theaters. This was a bit stuffy but it was super packed & it is south Tx. The snack situation is different the going back & forth ehh can do without. Any chance to be more like Alamo Drafthouses with servers is.

Very clean theatre, attentive staff, a lot of options for a fun night out.

My family and I have beengoing to Santiko's theaters for the past 9 yearsto this theater and will continue going back. The seats are reserved in advance and are padded reclining chairs with plenty of room. Ticket lines moves quickly or you can order them online and print them out at a kiosk. The lobby can be very crowded as it isn't very big but the food and tickets are all much more reasonably priced. They have entertainment besides your typical popcorn and movie night whichbis a huge plus in our family. Its the theater of choice for us.
