It never feels crowded even when there are a lot of people there. Customer service is fantastic and the prices for movies and bowling are reasonable. My only down side is the prepared food prices are ridiculously high but the food is better most theaters. snack prices are also a bit high but no more than anywhere else.
It was a great experience for my daughter and her grandmother. They had a blast. It was her grandma’s first time she really enjoyed it.
I liked that all the seats in the theater are recliners! Everything from the seats to the restrooms are always spotless. My goto theater even though there are over 10 other theaters closer to me. This place is always worth the drive!
Since businesses are opening up, Santikos has created a safe and clean environment. The theater was not crowded it was comfortable. Staff made it easier with friendly atmosphere.

Santiekos has always been my theater of choice whenever I want to watch a movie and the Cibalo location has gone all out making this Theater luxurious and enjoying. Cleanliness all around with a friendly staff that was kind enough to help look for a lost phone that my daughter dropped in a show. I also prefer Santikos recliner seats over EVO making the movie more enjoyable.

The Cibolo theater is cutting edge and modern looking. Theater was clean and fully staffed. Plenty large enough for a number of parties and a ton of movie goers. Arcade games, bowling and VR available too. This is one of my fav theaters.

I love how Santikos gives back to the community. I have never had a bad experience with customer service or the food. It’s very family friendly and love the music out on the patio on Friday’s and Saturday’s. I love that Santikos came into the cibolo community! However I am a little disappointed on the cleanliness of the carpet. There are very obvious stains that look awful. I’ve also noticed that some of the chairs in the theater’s are reclining awkwardly. I hope that Santikos takes care of the problems before they get worse and goes down hill little by little.

It is always a great experience going to this theater. It is clean, staff are very nice and the theater rooms sound and screen quality are fantastic. I also like the cause for which Santikos provides helping the community.
