What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I have never been to a theater that offered free summer movies. This year was bittersweet for me. Seeing my kids growing and I knew that it was a year of change for them. These kids movies will hold even more dear to my heart since I get a few more memories and time spent with them. I really loved the fact that it was early enough to get the show first thing in the morning and still have time to take care of errands. Thank you for the nostalgia memories!

Very clean & comfortable theater. The staff was friendly & helpful. We love the recliner seating and the ease of purchasing tickets with reserved seating .

I didn't know there wouldn't be previews for the private screening so we got there at 6:31 and missed the very beginning.

It's close to me. Very clean and staff are friendly. However, the last three or four times I ordered food(not popcorn or hot dogs) I didn't get a text message the food was ready. I went over to the counter to get it. I'm not the only one. One day I ordered pizza. Another customer came like me to the counter. She also had ordered pizza and we both told someone there that we received no text messages our food was ready. Don't know why they didn't let us know. Just give the staff gentle hints and reminders from management they need to text people when orders are ready.

Santikos Cibolo is always a great visit! I have 6 boys that I take quite often and we always feel so welcomed! Staff is great, prices are great, and we love Family Tuesdays!
