I was able to preorder parts from Brian. And then stop by and get them installed while I waited. My total time in the actual store was less than 15 minutes!
I live 35 minutes away, so it was great to not make two trips.

Honestly, This was the best service I’ve had in a long time. I believe the guy who helped me was Paul F. - at the Woodbury location. I got a Kuat bike rack and he helped me with finding a compatible lock. It was the display model so there were a few loose bolts that he tightened up for me. He even helped me save a little cash by signing me up for the fanatics club. Fantastic service and I’ll try to always go to Freewheel now instead of being lazy and buying anything via Amazon.
