The repair and service staff is knowledgeable and good listeners. They hear you when you explain the issues you are having with your bike and offer informed solutions. They are not in the habit of selling you more than you need and provide detailed estimates and realistic pickup dates. They seem truly interested in getting you back on the road at a reasonable price as quickly as possible.

I liked that I can bring my bike back in a few weeks and have the techs do a quick look-over to be sure everything is okay. I also like that I can bring the bike in at the summer and have a complete review of the bike at no cost.

Mike was great, very knowledgeable about the bikes, went over all the perks of the bike I ended up buying. He was able to answer all my questions. I was able to purchase the bike and take it home all in the same day. Mike even tried to get my new bike in the back of my SUV for me, but was unable. ( Chevy Trax, a smaller SUV). Freewheel is now delivering it to me on Tuesday, which is a very impressive customer service deed. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy bike anytime soon😀🚲 I had a very awesome experience with them.
