A manager named Araceli was my haircutter on May 29th. I was a walk-in customer. From the moment she approached me, I felt welcome and engaged. I am a 59-year-old male who is intimidated by hair cutters due to a sense of discomfort in the staff, as if I'm not approachable.
Araceli was very uninhibited, and it was easy for me to speak to her as if she were an old friend or daughter.
This visit - not my first - reinforces my decision to visit this establishment the next time I want to forgo cutting my own hair.
As a manager in a different industry, I would definitely consider Araceli as a trainer and an example to follow.
