Mainly that the app lets me check in and see how long the wait time is on any given day.
The stylist that took care of me was Araceli, and I was very impressed with how outgoing she was. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and informed of the approximate wait time. This was not too long-about 12 minutes. She actually greeted me with a handshake and introduced herself and asked my name. I don't think I have every had that happen getting my haircut, and I am in my 50's! She confirmed the notes in the system, was pleasant to speak with, and did a nice job. When she was finished, she shook hands again, thanked me for coming in, and handed me her card as well as some referral cards.
This is not the closest Sportsclips to my home, but I was in the area and had time to kill, and needed a haircut. Now, I might drive the extra 20 minutes one-way and ask for Araceli because of her professionalism.
