convenient to find a store and get booked in. You should have an option on your app to put a delay in joining the line or a join the line but will be 15 minutes. Often I am at my house and the wait is 0 minutes. If i get in line then they cancel it by the time I get to the store. If i wait until I am closer I am trying to join the line from my phone in the car. Not an easy thing. then i get to the store and the wait is 55 minutes now.

Shop opened early (8:55), stylist took me in promptly, had a record of my preferred clipper standoff, gave me a very good haircut, was pleasant and conversational but not overly chatty, shampooed my hair, gave hot towels and shoulder massage, offered a senior discount, and got me on my way — all in about 20 minutes.
Excellent and professional service from the stylist. Took great care with my hair and the MVP experience was very relaxing.

I gave a 10 because of how awesome Susan is. She really knows how to do a fantastic job, and her talent for cutting hair is why I keep coming back. You need a store full of Susans lol. She's the best, and if I'm being honest, she's been the only one who has consistently done a good job on my hair every time she cuts it. I've had others in that store who did a horrific job, to the point where I didn't go to Sports Clips for over a year. Susan is the best, and the reason I now recommend Sports Clips.

Please ensure that your Oro Valley staff remembers that store now opens at 8:55am versus 9am....otherwise a good experience. You might want to have a bench placed outside for us early birds to sit while we wait for the store to open. Alisha did a great job with my haircut.
