Kelsey is a professional stylist who pays attention to detail and gets my haircut right every time. Kelsey recommends hair products and advises of Sport Clips promotions. I am a very satisfied customer.
Facilities are modern, well maintained, and clean. Staff congenial. On the downside, being unable to select an appointment time makes it difficult when you are 10 - 25 minutes away from the location that has availability. Additionally, high staff turnover makes it virtually impossible to select a "preferred" stylist
Specifically, I was really impressed with the quality service that Skylar provided during my visit.
I'm terrible about knowing what to do about my hair and end up letting it get extremely shaggy and out of control.

Location was very well kept and managed. Facility very clean and product displays in order. Stylists was extremely proficient in her skills and people interactions and sales techniques. I would revisit this facility and stylists again and recommend to others.
Irene is an incredible hair stylist. Styling seems to be intuitive with her. You only need to give her a concept and the haircut comes out perfect. A true ***** professional!

The stylist that took care of me was Araceli, and I was very impressed with how outgoing she was. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and informed of the approximate wait time. This was not too long-about 12 minutes. She actually greeted me with a handshake and introduced herself and asked my name. I don't think I have every had that happen getting my haircut, and I am in my 50's! She confirmed the notes in the system, was pleasant to speak with, and did a nice job. When she was finished, she shook hands again, thanked me for coming in, and handed me her card as well as some referral cards.
This is not the closest Sportsclips to my home, but I was in the area and had time to kill, and needed a haircut. Now, I might drive the extra 20 minutes one-way and ask for Araceli because of her professionalism.
