What do you like about our programs and activities ?

We've used the pool and weight room and enjoyed how nice the staff is. We really are waiting for the new ymca to be built in The Falls. We live over there and have been waiting years. It is kind of a long drive just to work out at Shadow Bend but has some nice machines and the kids enjoy the indoor pool.

The facility is always kept exceptionally clean. The Y staff is always friendly, caring and courteous.

There is a very wide variety of fitness opportunities open to all ages. The staff is friendly, and the facilities are well maintained.

I like that Shadowbend Y feels like a family to us, and that the class leaders seem to genuinely care about my kiddos.

I like the comprehensive work out 3 time a week ,teachers /trainers are good and encouraging .
The frant desk staff are pleasant informed and friendly. I like the sound of the kids as I am walking in , they are happy and giggling it always put smile in my face .

I love your app as I can quickly see what is happening that day... I love how quickly the people working at the front desk respond to your questions.... I find almost all of the teachers of each class to be enjoyable and make exercise fun!

The instructors are so awesome giving pointers on how to improve workout. The selection of workouts is great / evolving with the newest exercise programs

The classes, the equipment availability, the hours, the friendly and helpful staff. No commitment no pressure. The facility with the pool, hot tub an sauna. The adequate showers and lockers. Love it all. Love tai chi also.

I can customize my own exercise program. Sometimes I prefer classes, but right now I have a weights and treadmill routine.

Water aerobics teachers are THE BEST!!! Classes are well-organized and FUN! And thid type of exercise is painless!

Shadowbend YMCA is a very nice, clean facilities with most helpful and friendly staff. My wife and I enjoy using all the different types of exercise equipment . We always find equipment to be clean and in good working order.

I belong to the Lake Houston YMCA/Silver Sneakers. Lots of similarity and convenient if I am traveling to the area.
