What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I can customize my own exercise program. Sometimes I prefer classes, but right now I have a weights and treadmill routine.

Water aerobics teachers are THE BEST!!! Classes are well-organized and FUN! And thid type of exercise is painless!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Shadowbend YMCA is a very nice, clean facilities with most helpful and friendly staff. My wife and I enjoy using all the different types of exercise equipment . We always find equipment to be clean and in good working order.

I belong to the Lake Houston YMCA/Silver Sneakers. Lots of similarity and convenient if I am traveling to the area.

I wish sauna is finally renovated. I really like everything else and my family actively participates in lots of activities.

I like the community and familiar atmosphere of the Y. I like that it feels like everyone is welcome there. It's a great place to be a member!

Shaddowbend has a very comfortable atmosphere. Feels "at home with friends".

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

We love the senior activities. It's a great way to exercise and meet new friends. Line Dancing with Melissa and AOA Seniorcise with Lori are two of our favorite classes. Great instructors and lots of fun!

I like the water aerobics. You give us several times to work with. I haven’t done any weights or in side classes yet
