The Y offers many fitness classes for adults as well as group sports for the youth. When our kids were growing up we made use of these programs.
The staff is always welcoming and mostly friendly. Chris was the epitome of a friendly, helpful fitness attendant. Unfortunately he retired but everyone enjoys seeing him when he occasionally comes to the Shadowbend Y.
I only use the personal training and gym equipment so I can’t comment about your programs or activities.
The variety and the instructors.
I don’t take part in the activities right now because I don’t have time. The weights and fitness machines are very nice and so is the pool.
The staff is very helpful and courteous.
Convienence and Childwatch. The pool and hot tube. Friendly staff.
I use the Shadow Bend Y for silver sneakers. It is good. Sometimes we have teachers/leaders who have English as second language and they are difficult to understand.
Morning coffee and smiles

I
Personal I love the exercise classes at the Y. I attend many of them. Great instructors!
the Y is very clean and well kept. the equipment is up to date and state of the art. while I don't avail myself of a ll the activities it is nice to know there are so many to choose from. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable
I just love to swim. Most of the time the water is fine but sometimes the chemicals are so strong that I have sinus issues with my nose and have to wait a few days before I can swim again.
Love the water classes! Great instructors
Senior day camp needed a "rain date". With an 85% chance of rain - many of us could not attend. Perhaps future consideration of senior safety requirements for activities could be considered. Also, we wanted the outdoor activities: canoe, ride horses, explore the quarry and try the zip line. None of those activities could be done in the rain.
Understand there were no refunds - just wish there was a second trip.
Wonderful facilities, workout equipment, Personal Trainers, hours, rates, classes.
