The staff at this y are very good, friendly, caring and good at what the do. The have especially helpful through this Covid experience and activities reservation process. I spend most of my time swimming at the pool and the exercise room.

the pool is excellent. I like the reservation system (although I do wish the time was 5 minutes longer - 50 minutes).

I love all the great enthusiastic instructors! They are the best! I have worked out at many gyms in my lifetime and we have some of the best instructors in the industry!

I go to Branch Crossing more because it's closer to my house, but I still go to Shadowbend twice a week. Having 2 gyms to choose from provides flexibility to the members and a wider breadth of offerings.
The water aerobics are fabulous. Both instructions are great.
I am a senior so I enjoy the pool. With aches and pains it is a way to exercise without hurting.

Kim is our Personal Trainer, 2x per week. She inspires us and keeps us progressing toward total wellness. She is absolutely wonderful!
The scheduling of classes and use of the pool has been the best experience. Before relying on pool space was random and now I can exercise at a specific time.
