I absolutely love taking my kids to Child Watch. They are all so great with the kiddos and always have some fun project or activity going on to get the kids involved.
Like everything but i certainly would love a sauna or stem room,at your facility.

Great staff.
Lots of treadmills and bikes so very little waiting. Every exercise machine one would need. Friendly staff. Beautiful facility. Just joined in October, and eager to try classes and the pool.
Only use YMCA Monday, Wednesday, Friday for two hours for senior yoga and exercise, but
the activities keep me moving and enjoying life at 82. All seniors need to take part in this life
saving movement!

The YMCA is extremely important to help me maintain my health When U joined 8 years ago, I couldn’t walk without a walker. Thanks to the YMCA staff and equipment, I walk today without assistance. Continued exercise helps me maintain and improve my body and health.

I am 76 years old and the only thing I find unfortunate about Lake Houston Family YMCA is that it is not directly across the street from my home. I was house sitting for my son and his wife for
the week that they were on vacation. Normally I go to Perry Family YMCA, however, the Y lets me go to the closest Y no matter where I am.
Thank your wonderful staff for making me feel so welcome. Your facility is clean and loaded with
classes. I loved going to your swimming classes while I was in Kingwood.

The Y is our home away from home! We love the people, the community, the group fitness classes, the child watch, etc. It is a great family-friendly environment where we as a family can stay fit and active.
