I love that it’s close to home and that my kids enjoy meeting other children from the community outside of school. I have my son in flag football and he looks forward to practice and playing on the weekends. He also enjoys learning more about the game. Once my daughter gets older I plan on putting her in to play a sport as well.
Everything, activities for the Seniors, silver sneakers, cardio class, machines, especially chair Yoga by Ellen.
All of them inclusive the awesome instructors.
Just wish to have more variety of weight machines like the ones to built muscle on the inner thighs
The instructors are very positive and understanding. The activities are geared for all age levels.
Everyone at the YMCA treats you so friendly. Also the coaches are pleasant and good with the kids.
Everyone plays, no one sits on the bench, no tryouts, the coach we had, Dustin Stubbs is awesome with the kids
The variety is good. I really like the added Virtual classes, giving additional time options for the classes I want to do.

So many different activities to help you get healthy.

Great way for kids to try out sports
All the machines I need to get in shape after a hip replacement and physical therapy!
I like that you offer classes that are designed for seniors.
That special needs children have a opportunity to play.
Yoga, the pool, kid care, Community events such as the first middle-school dance that my daughter attended last week.
big pool with daily water exercise. Climbing wall next to pool lets me do supported (cheating) chinups, a happy thing!
I really like all YMCA sport activities, I wish you have more day a week for the kids.
Friendly staff and great programs.
My daughter is playing Volleyball and she is loving the team and the game.
I like that the YMCA has special sports programs for special needs children. My son has Down Syndrome and he wants to play sports but he doesn't understand the rules. He could not play with his peers. The YMCA offers the perfect solution. He gets to play sports with his friends without the pressure of winning or losing.
I really like the group classes! There is such a variety to choose from. I try to attend both Silver Sneakers classes at least twice a week and they have really helped me stay agile and flexible. Thank you Ellen, Ruth, and Cindi!!
The variety and for all abilities

The people who run the programs are so wonderful to our children and it is so nice to have my son be able to play a sport. He would not be able to otherwise. Also, through generous donations, the activities are free, which is very nice.
