Clean workout areas return
One thing I would like would be that the program of different activities and classes be available in printed form. It is incredibly difficult to take a photo and then try to see the times and classes i’m trying to read. For example, the spin classes is impossible. It is so very small. It’s very upsetting last I would like classes instead of the yoga class being held every day at the same time why not there them so that someone that can’t make the early morning class would have it available later in the day thank you
The water aerobics are very helpful and easy "on the bones".
The pool and gym great.
All the programs and activities are designed for every age; from toddlers to seniors. Day care for toddlers. Zumba and water aerobics for seniors. And everything inbetween. The Lake Houston Family Y is the best family friendly facility you will ever find. YMCA's in general are always family-oriented with a wide range of activities and programs, but this Y excels in all areas.
I would like to see aquatic classes during the week in the evenings- at least 2 for members not just Saturday mornings!

I like all the workout equipment that the Y has. I do not engage in the programs or activities. I perfer to workout on my own.
Aerobic exercise
They are great with the Silver Sneakers programs for the older people. The water programs are wonderful, socially, physically, and emotionally. They are unique and look after one another. They have other programs like games and other outings each month. They are wonderful and a safe place to go socially as an older person. Those who are recovering from surgeries and need to exercise can do so without fear of injuring themselves but getting the same benefits.

I like going there and can use any machine the people are friendly and welcome. you up on arrive some are ok and friendly other are just plain hateful but I just overlooked them and go by my business. Thank Y for having a great staff.
I only do free weights and treadmills
I like the wellness classes and work out upstairs.
The aqua zumba classes and Patty's water exercise classes.
They are program/activity options for varying skill levels and physical condition.
The exercising classes are very good. Great facilities, good instructors, good equipment and very well located.
