I mostly come to Zumba classes. The music that is played is mostly what I listened to growing up, and that makes the sessions more meaningful (memories!!) to me.
I'll probably be doing the Zumba as long as I'm physically able to.

Too much, I enjoy it a lot
Many excellent classes. I especially like Body balance. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I wish you would offer yoga classes at a later time of morning, around 10.

All the instructors are different so the diversity is good

Ginger Swallow is the coordinator for the senior trips and in house activities. She does a terrific job,we seniors can't thank her enough for caring for us.
I like how the Y has things for every age group especially the seniors. There’s activities and fun trips. I especially enjoy the water aerobics/Zumba classes every day. Thank you for all you do for us older people. Every one I have come in contact with at the Y is friendly, courteous and helpful. It’s a really great place to be and I have made a lot of wonderful friends there.
The after-school program is amazing. Staff is great with the kids.
The facility is always clean good gym equipment.

I enjoy the fitness equipment on the second floor.
I enjoy the pool but tonight the water was freezing. Why is the heater off?
There are a lot of class options and good facilities for personal training.

Silver sneakers classes and instructors are amazing. The upstairs is always clean and love the machines
