Availability of equipment
The new facility has a lot of nice equipment and many options for using the facility and services. The staff is very helpful, and I have gotten a lot out of my time with my trainer, Tim Kelly. As it is a new facility, there are lots of little things that continue to be found that could be modified to make things even better, and I will continue to help identify those and bring them forward. Thanks!
Senior exercise classes, clean workout room, friendly helpful people. Wish we had silver sneakers, etc., every day instead of all grouped up on Mon/Wed/Fri.
The variety for all ages. The senior programs are wonderful
Staff is great and programs broad enough to catch all ages.
The coaches work great with the kids. The price is perfect. I like keeping the kids busy and off electronics.

Everything! The classes offered, the instuctors (Danielle is AWESOME!), the facility, the membership fee (affordable), the children activities, and most of all the Christian family environment!

We love the Active Older Adults events planned by Ginger Swallow. We very much enjoy our yoga for seniors and silver sneakers classes with Ellen Johnson. The majority of the personnel is most amenable and it is always a pleasure to see smiling faces. However, the main drawback we are facing is that it very frustrating to not have enough parking since we are now restricted to one parking lot and not two as before. We hope something can be done about this situation.
Like the workout facility
The instructors are knowledgeable and very supportive. I like the variety of classes and can try different ones.
Only suggestion is that some of the classes are to large for the size of the room. For example, I was at Seniorcise yesterday and the room was so packed, you really couldn't move. (not really a workout then). Why not move the class to a larger venue, and not offer Seniorcise and Active Older Adult classes at the same time.
Love Saturday mornings yoga! Cindy is awesome! Use occasionally basketball gym. Didn't have chance to try anything else!

Great instructors and lots of options for older adults
The Y is our home away from home! We love the people, the community, the group fitness classes, the child watch, etc. It is a great family-friendly environment where we as a family can stay fit and active. Thank you for providing us with a safe place to maintain a healthy lifestyle and be involved in our community. We appreciate you all!
Yoga and spin

Many choices. Good parking. New facilites. Quiet group of positive people attending. Diverse group of ethnicities and ages going. Makes everyone feel welcomed. And fabulous childcare options.
