Friendly family place to be!!
I like that everyone is welcome at the Y. I like that I can enjoy the gym and a trainer at a reasonable price.
I am a senior man with some knees problems, but I find many things, with instructors or in my own that I can do. The Kingwood YMCA is an incredible place for exercising regardless of age.
The friendly staff
We are part of the 5 am crowd, faithfully showing up when Mickey opens the door. The staff, the equipment, the ambiance. It all makes our early morning workouts a highlight of the day.
There are a wide variety of programs to meet everyone's needs. You could spend the day at the YMCA doing different activities. They work hard to meet everyone's needs.
Miracle league but we need more cardio equipment and an ice maker
Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Very easy to schedule a class and the facility is always clean and well maintained. Absolutely worth it.
Everything is great. The availability of machines and different classes.
The summer program for kids is great. Only request is to please, please 🙏🏽 add saunas or steam room. They are so beneficial for your health.

Love the water aerobics classes --- so fun! These are the only classes that I attend.
Sure wish that you would fix the showers in the women's locker room --- way too hot!! can't regulate at all, only comes out hot!! And heads are broken, some only shoot up at the wall with barely a dribble coming out of the head. This isn't a new problem....
I’m involved in the pool exercise classes and love them
I like the variety of classes as well as the weight machines and exercise machines. I just joined in December and I try and get here about 2-3 times a week. I really enjoy going to Zumba.

I can always find a treadmill, bike, or stair-stepper available. The weight training equipment has what I need and is not overrun with gym members. The facility is clean and neat, and the employees are very personable and welcoming.

Grateful for Scifit machines, elevator all equipment that allow those with reduced mobilty to access all the fitness equipment. YMCA is improving lives. Thankyou.
Great weight room and fitness center. You could use a few more upright exercycles but it’s the best fitness center around.
