The coach for this season was amazing. Coach Bryan I believe is his name. He was amazing. Made the whole thing worth it. Last season they had kids coaching and it was not good at all. This season he wasn't there one week and it did not go well. But every other week he was there and it was great.
He single handedly made it worth doing.
My daughter did volleyball for first time and it was a great experience. The parent Coach Smith was awesome!!

I do my own workouts bright and early each morning when you first open. Have met many nice folks and especially appreciate Mickey (5 am opener) and Andrew on the floor on Mondays and Fridays

My husband and I love coming to the Y! We are greeted every time we walk into the building. We like that the building and equipment is clean and well maintained.

As a senior, I just go for exercise 3 days a week and don’t have an opinion about the programs and activities. But I do enjoy the facilities and the friendly staff and meeting other seniors. I think the YMCA is a classy place

I like the variety of classes that are offered. But my favorite thing is that the elliptical machines have a built-in fan.
I joined the Lake Houston YMCA in December. I really like going and there are many activities offered on a daily basis. I enjoy going to Zumba a couple of times a week as well as using the elliptical and lifting weights. During the summer, I plan to attend different activities such as aqua Zumba, body combat, and cycling as well as use the swimming pool. The YMCA has activities that encompasses all ages and interests.
