I like the personal trainer option, and most of the classes offered.
I am thrilled that Body Balance has returned to the Foster YMCA, however the scheduling is not great for me. I understand finding times and instructors is challenging, but I truly wish it was not only offered on the same days as the Body Pump classes. I love both Body Pump and Body Balance and would like to do both, but I am too old to do them both on the same day. In a perfect world for me, one would be on Monday/Wednesday mornings and the other on Tuesday/Thursday mornings. Please keep my feedback in mind going forward. Thank you.

I love all the yoga you have at many different levels. I would however like to see more classes on the weekends as that's when I have more time to exercise and there are fewer classes then. Thank you,

Everyone participates
That there are a variety of teachers for each category, so that it’s a different learning experience.
We have done Basketball and Archery. We love both activities. They are well organized with a focus on teaching the kids the fundamentals.
I love the Nora and Shan’s stretch classes m. Zumba with Diana on Saturday's are so much fun. She brings all the joy! I also feel great after John Daltons low impact cardio. I’m still exploring new classes little by little. I’ll report back.
I like that people respect the space, leave you alone to do your workout, but offer help when needed.

Right now I'm just using the pool, but will try for more activities at some point.
