Rachel’s Stretch & Restore class is wonderful. I feel like I can move so much better and I feel relaxed after her class. All of us need to stretch more. John’s class are always great! Lo Impact Cardio is a great workout and his Strength class is what all us seniors need. I like the variety of activities in Eliot’s classes.

Senior sneakers is exactly what I needed. I’ve been coming two years now and enjoy my work outs.
I like you classes. The only thing I do not like is the classes ge to large because people do not sign up for classes
Child watch timings needs to be increased .
None on Sunday makes it very difficult.
Shorter hours on Saturday is again very much inconvenient.
Facility is small but well adept. 2 or 3 new machine space available to add to the set up.
Staff is excellent and caring, AJ and team , maintenance is top notch.

The Y offers a variety of classes and has a clean, well maintained gym. The staff is friendly and so are the patrons.

The instructor, John, is awesome. And the community family we exercise with is amazing. Love the cardio workout and the Y atmosphere.

Nice facility, good assortment of workout equipment, and good offerings of group exercise classes. I’ve been attending yoga for a couple of years and enjoy it.
I don’t really use the programs or activities. Just the gym.
