I really enjoy the programs in which I participate. The instructors are truly vested in their classes and the members who attend.
I wish Foster would add another dance class. Currently, only four of the over 80 (non-virtual) fitness classes offered each week are dance or Zumba related. I believe there is interest as other members mention the need to me. Guess I need to get them to communicate their wants.
The programs and classes serve people of all ages. It's always a welcoming and friendly environment. We especially like the classes suited to our age...70's.
The variety of equipment is also great!

I'm a Senior and I go to Silver Sneakers Monday and Wednesday. Love the program and our instructor. Ever Senior needs to keep Moving!!

Number of treadmills and weight equipment
The YMCA provides opportunity for seniors to socialize and exercise. If I did not have those opportunities at the YMCA, I would be very depressed, and stiff from arthritis, and fat.
Convenient location, extremely well maintained equipment and helpful staff!

Facility is clean
Only participated in a couple of classes due to my personal schedule, but enjoy them.
There are times when I feel people just sit at the machines and are not aware or as courteous about moving on so someone else can use it in a timely manner.
Goup classes
The Instructors, exercises, music, studios, and the community of people that take the classes are all amazing. I am such a fan of the YMCA and add to this that there are location all over the country!!

I like the variety of classes that are offered. I really enjoyed the day camp outing last fall. The YMCA is much more than a fitness center it is a community. I have met many like minded individuals and some have become friends.

The amount and variety of exercise equipment. As well as the wide range and availability of classes. Very clean and modernized.
Activities for kids and workout room
The classes that I take with John keep me coming back so I keep moving and getting stronger which, as an 81 yo, I need to commit to.
I love the fitness classes. Everything is always clean. Child watch is very convenient and everyone is always so nice and friendly.
The group classes. I love the atmosphere . I don't get out much. It is a lovely way to start my day.
