The workshops Eliot does. The pot luck monthly lunches. All the classes are excellent. I wish there could be water aerobics in the evening because the morning conflict with my morning classes. That would be my only request.

availability for free swim i the evenings, swimming classes for toddlers. Well equipped gym. Friendly, helpful staff. Always clean.

I take Cardio Combo with Eliot and Mat Pilates with Sheven every week and enjoy them both very much. I appreciate the variety they both offer and their enthusiasm during each class.

I also appreciate how friendly the staff is as soon as you come through the front door. :)

I primarily use the workout facilities, treadmill, free weights and weight machines. Love the facility... wish the free weight area was a bit larger.
