I love Maggie’s Monday morning class. John’s Tuesday/Thursday bench classes are great, too.

I love getting on the treadmill after the class.

The facility offers a wide variety of programs. However, pre-Covid, Night Club Cardio dance was a very popular class (I loved it, in fact)..but after Covid, it completely disappeared. Please bring back Night Club Cardio Dance!
