Very grateful that the pool will be open all winter this year! We love the staff!
The ladies in the childcare facility are awesome!
The variety of exercise options for Seniors.
It’s fun, nice to meet people. I really wish their was some kind of incentive for coaches who volunteer.
We have been apart of the volleyball program for a while. I have had two girls to play at the Fort Bend Family YMCA. They teach great skills and uphold the values of the Y. I have seen the program grow tremendously.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The instructors are terrific and the other members are great>
How well the seniors programs are organized and the various classes and activities that are offered for seniors.
Very friendly environment and staff at the Ft. Bend YMCA.
Volleyball sports.
Classes are physically challenging and fun. Instructors are great.
I like the variety of classes available and different timings to accommodate people's interest and schedules. Most of the instructors are good at what they do.
The only negative I have seen at the Fort Bend YMCA where I go is that some (not all) instructors lack common courtesy of saying Hello or nodding even when they make eye contact. Sometimes, it feels prejudicial.
Good class schedule, nice facilities
The YMCA offers programs for all ages and abilities. I'm always greeted with a smile by the staff and they are friendly and courteous. The people who work out there enjoy the facility and seem genuinely interested in each other and each other's well-being. It's not uncommon for groups of people to meet and have coffee after their workout; it's a social place as well as physical. The only reason I give it a "9" is that some people prefer huge workout facilities where people go to impress rather than work out.
Always keep the YMCA as the same Christian based foundation for which it was established and have the Bible on display.
Variety of workout classes. Very friendly staff.
The AOA classes are great!.
I love the fact that the facility is cleaner than the other chain of gyms, including the restroom, the equipment is up to date . I love the that it allows me to exercise my right arm and it is the same piece of equipment I used in physical therapy. The YMCA has a great many opportunities for all age groups.
LOVE Mistie & Kristin and now Janet. AOA & Silver Sneakers classes are great, especially the chair yoga.
Late hours and variety
You have a variety of classes for group exercise programs. I enjoy the camaraderie.
Very good machines and excellent staff like Shanti who is extremely knowledgeable, kind and very helpful
The group Tai Chi is great.
Individual physical training and the Y crew and the people who use the facility.
I mostly enjoy the active older adult classes. There is enough variety in the instructor approaches to the exercises that I keeps me challenged.
Les Mills group fitness classes. The music and moves are perfectly matched.
Childrens room and wellness center
I have sampled a few classes. With one exception the music in the barbell classes is far too loud, so I stopped attending. Likewise with the yoga during the week: the instructor has no idea of how to establish a proper mood for a yoga class, which is supposed to set a tranquil, meditative, and restful atmosphere. She plays the music too loud. The yoga teachers on Sunday afternoon are much better.
Family and friends interaction.
I like the machines available but a number of the headphone connections do not work properly.
Kristen’s classes
Amy as a trainer
The facility’s friendliness

The programs and activities that you offer are very helpful to the necessities of seniors.I like all of them.
