It’s convenient, clean and well kept, people are friendly. There’s a huge variety of equipment. I could never use it all. Plenty to keep the workouts interesting. Super Fun line dance classes with Rachel!
I participate in the Silver Sneakers exercise classes three times a week. The instructor (Mistie) is very good. She has you use all parts of the body and as a result I feel better. I have also made new friends as people in the class are very friendly.

Variety and schedule
I like the consistency in the yoga instructors. I like the consistency in the child watch caregivers. The consistency makes the Y feel welcoming. All the staff is friendly and have good attitudes.

Line dancing is the best thing ever ! I wouldn't come nearly as often if it were not for line dancing. It's so much fun.
