I love the silver sneakers program. I do wish there were a few more classes offered, however I do understand economics play a vital roll in programs.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I really like the workout room because it helps me to get rid of some calories in my stomach area. The machines I use is the treadmill and bicycle.

A family-type atmosphere with warm and helpful staffs. Also, general speaking, the instructors are patient and good.
