Multiple activities geared toward Seniors and some that also accommodate those with disabilities.
Staff is friendly, helpful and available.
Fort Bend facility (only one I attend) is kept clean.
Instructors are very good.
Good selection of equipment and is kept in working order

I love the variety of group exercise classes and weight/cardio room options. There are lots of times to choose from as well that work for my changing schedule so that I can get a workout in.

I like the senior level classes lik low impact aerobics, chair classes and line dancing. I wish there were more classes like these in the afternoon.

yoga is offered every day but Sunday so its easy to keep up. Good kids sports. Pool open longer season than public pools.

I enjoy the access to modern exercise equipment. I always receive information on virtual activities and programs on campus by email. I always receive holiday information which is very helpful this time of year.

The teachers, Kristian and Mistie, are outstanding. I enjoy the variety of classes offered. They give 100% every single day.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the great idea of making the studio on the 3rd floor available for individual workouts using the Les Mills exercise program - I love it! It offers a wide range of workouts and best of all, the instructors are very professional and the routines easy to follow - I just wish the members would be able to use Les Mills workouts online as well.
