What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the classes- BodyPump, CSI, HIIT, Zumba. The childcare team is so great with my kids and they love spending time chatting them up and making new friends.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I basically just workout at the gym and the circuit training machines. The machines I like are getting a bit long in the tooth, so would be good to consider some upgrades soon. Another gym I use has some Precor and Lifefitness machines that are similar but much smoother to operate. But I like to support the YMCA for all the youth programs they offer. As Board President of Fort Bend Family Promise I appreciate the collaboration with the local Y for guest family kids we help who are experiencing temporary homelessness or are housing insecure!

I think you offer a broad range of programs for all ages. For me, the seniors programs are much appreciated. But, there are programs for all ages from young to old.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the diversity of activities the Fort bend YMCA offers. Literally there is something for every member of the family to join. The instructors for the group exercise classes are amazing. The child watch facilities give me peace of mind that my children are being looked after while I work out. I enjoy coming week after week.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Thank you so much for the ForeverWell Classes for Seniors! These classes are changing my life for the better! I brag to all my friends about how much they would enjoy the classes & how much they would benefit from just a couple of hours a week -- the classes would help with balance & strength as we grow older. For those of us that live alone, this is very important! I look forward to having a schedule & getting up on "Y" days & exercising with my senior friends, NOT a group of younger women in cute attire that skip about with no problem!!! ForeverWell is just what i need to keep me moving forward into my future ForeverWell!!!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I go 3 days a week to do barre, yoga and Pilates. Time of classes is great and instructor, Kirstin, is awesome.

Your facility has all the equipment I need and very friendly staff. I do miss the Sunday hours though.

Multiple activities geared toward Seniors and some that also accommodate those with disabilities.
Staff is friendly, helpful and available.
Fort Bend facility (only one I attend) is kept clean.
Instructors are very good.
Good selection of equipment and is kept in working order
