Member Testimonials
Our senior classes are fantastic!!!
Almost everything!!!
Variety, convenience and excellent staff.
Variety of equipment, very friendly, caring and helpful staff.
However senior members are often backed up waiting for the seated elliptical machine and a few other machines recommended for elder people or folks in rehab. It would be awesome if the Y would acquire a duplicate machine.
Sometimes at nearly 75, I get tired of having to be up at 5 am with hopes that the machine I need is available.
I love the silver sneak classes and the instructors. They are the best!
The instructors was very patient with my grandchild.
The facility is very clean. There is a large variety of classes to fit many levels of fitness. There are all kinds of exercise equipment and machines. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The facility
I love the variety of classes & the many different levels and modifications the instructors present. The activities have led to many friends I have made and is a healthy way to stay engaged mentally, emotionally as well as our physical well being..
As a senior I can enjoy challenging myself, exploring new interests, ie the reading group, the water aerobics, and Silver-sneaker classes.
A great example of the FUN is that for our final outside pool class for the season we enjoyed the water slides. A class of women over 55 all laughing and playing, sliding down the water slides and enjoying life!
The best decision I have made lately!
Great place for sports minded kids and adults
We signed our grandkids up for swimming lessons and they really enjoyed the experience. The instructors were great! The Y is a great place for kids.
Focused on the people and ALL of the staff is helpful, friendly, caring and nice.

Love the senior exercise programs! I go 3 x a week. I also enjoy the senior lunches and field trips.
My favorite thing you do are the sports for disabled young people. I have a 21 year old grandson who is autistic and has some neurology issues as well. He enjoys the baseball and will play in St Louis in the playoffs.
Clean excellent facility, nice good looking people, see friends that I know there , the weights are top notch and they keep it very clean . I always have an excellent experience working out there .

The school age swim lessons are fabulous and run extremely well.
We were members for 17 years. Our kids did all of there sports and swim lesson. Son was a lifeguard for a summer. Have been back for about 2 years. We got crazy and did CrossFit for several years. Cathy really likes the water exercise classes and being able to swim. I like the yoga classes and being able to play pickle ball. Would recommend it to anybody but especially to families with kids. Program length and competitive level was just right for our family.

I like the classes, group fitness is a fun way to get a good workout in, I am not really a fan of the virtual classes as much as the dynamic and engaging trainers!
