Wonderful Staff and just a pleasant environment to workout.
I love the morning staff. They are always friendly with smiling faces and have the facility ready for us. I also love the large variety of programs/classes that are offered. There is definitely something for everyone here

What I like about YMCA programs and activities are:
1) morning senior exercise classes
2) dancing with the Silver Stars event
3) Camp Cullen senior day trip
The fact that having these classes/events shows that the Y pays attention to the senior community. Which helps us to stay healthy and active while having fun. Thank you for caring!

Everyone is friendly and encouraging. I love all the exercise lessons I do. I also enjoy walking upstairs. It is comfortable for me to walk indoors because of allergies to things outside.

I've only used the weight rooms and I gotta say yall have the best . I have been a member of probably every gym in Houston at some point and none of them have as good equipment or cleanliness as the YMCA
