I love the group X classes. The instructors are dedicated, experienced and attentive to the needs of the class.
Being greeted in the morning and as I leave is an example of true customer service that is not found in every business today.
The workout areas are clean and equipped for my needs.
More yoga classes mid-morning would be nice.
What I would LIKE is the instructors to NOT have to buy their own tools used in the classes, i.e. Shapes. the glides and bands. In Pilates class can be so rich if there were tools to use so each student can have one: rings, foam rollers, we even runout of mats and blocks.
Between paying for the class training, music, clothing and equipment I wonder if the instructors break even....which show their pure dedication to their craft.

I joined to attend the water classes as this is my favorite type of exercise. Some feedback in this regard:
1. It is sometimes difficult to hear the instructor.
2. A change in the exercise routine and music track would be appreciated.
3. Currently the changes in body position appears to be every 30 seconds. This does not really activate the muscle of interest. Increasing the number of reps of each exercise set would be beneficial.
4. Leyla is the best instructor.

I misunderstood the first question in the first survey. I highly recommend it to my friends and family—I'll tell them all about it. I'm not sure what this program is, but I enjoyed swimming in the pool for exercise and sitting in the hot spa.

I enjoy the classes on Monday and Thursday in the large classroom in the back of the property.
I like the variety of guided exercise programs that seniors can participate in; aerobics, cardio, cycling, yoga, weight training, and more. Then the opportunity to play such as basketball and pickleball. There’s something for everyone.
I especially like the Monday and Friday classes for us older adults. The facilitators are great, the music is motivating, and it’s a great workout for us!
The only suggestion I would make would be to always have a working microphone for the facilitator, because sometimes the system is not working.
